THE APPEAL

Dear Sir/Madam,

An appeal is being made to you to support this cause of Kiwanuka Kituuka’s bid for the Presidency of Uganda in 2016.  It requires substantial funding, but a necessary strategy given Uganda’s situation and the level of impoverishment of the people which can be reversed.

The links below are relevant to this appeal:

PROVISIONAL PROJECTED ACTIVITY SCHEDULE PLANNING AS KIWANUKA KITUUKA PREPARES TO CONTEST IN THE 2016 PRESIDENTIAL RACE

The Objective:
To strategically participate in the forthcoming Presidential race in Uganda in 2016 and induce the long awaited positive change in the country’s top leadership by reaching out to the masses more so the deprived, explain to them the situation and what has caused it, and outline to them the measures through which we can jointly as change agents take to cause the change that will see Uganda get started on the road to the Promised Land as was foreseen by Winston Churchill.

Churchill is one of the big personalities in Uganda’s past, and these were the prophetic words he pronounced over 100 years ago:  “The kingdom of Uganda is a fairy-tale. You climb up … and at the end there is a wonderful new world. The scenery is different, the vegetation is different, the climate is different, and, most of all, the people are different from anything elsewhere to be seen in the whole range of Africa ... I say: ‘Concentrate on Uganda’. For magnificence, for variety of form and colour, for profusion of brilliant life - bird, insect, reptile, beast - for vast scale -- Uganda is truly the pearl of Africa.”
Unfortunately, bad politics is ruining this scenery, and that is what we want to re-invent.

 NO.
ACTIVITY
TIMELINE
1
Giving the prospect candidate’s outlook and his intentions to get to the objective.
From October 2014 to end of November 2014.
2
Make an appeal to the people of Uganda and the international community through electronic means for support of Kiwanuka’s bid.
This to be on going from late October 2014 up to February 2016 the Vote casting date.
3
Have the appeal for funding to help in making the Presidential bid objectives a success.
From late October 2014 up to the completion of the voting.
4
Start mobilizing people (mostly educated youth) who will operate in their areas of birth.  These will reach to the members of the community who are poverty stricken.  They will identify how to help them.
Some of the poor have land that is Agriculturally productive but need advice and some financial boost to be able to produce food and surplus for marketing.  It is realized that one of the weaknesses of the opposition in Uganda is to target looking for votes when it is time to, but without any background record to show their concern about people’s welfare prior to voting, which makes them poor contesters in the Presidential race.  The proposed strategy is expensive, but has great chances of yielding dividends.
This to be on – going from Late November 2014 up to just a few days’ before elections in February 2016.
5
The identified change agents in (4) above shall initially go through induction to make them appreciate the challenge they have more so that the time they will reach out to the community will not be campaign time yet.  These are to use the Slogan: “Receive (empowerment) and give (reciprocate) in return.”
The beneficiaries will be told that they are being empowered now for better income and livelihood, but are expected to reciprocate by voting a person who will help see sustainability of the initiative.
This to start in the later part of November 2014 to end of December 2014 depending on availability of resources to sustain the term and the hand – outs.
6
Have the recruited Development agents evolve into branch representatives with support agents.
From March 2015 onwards to election time.
7
Make a review of the strategy then
Early April 2015.
8
Some documentation (video) to be done.  This to be used to show beneficiaries before and after they were empowered.  The videos when eventually compiled per participating part of the country will be used to give the picture to a bigger community when time for campaigns comes.  This will be evidence that we are capable of delivering if voted to office.
From March 2015 on – going to campaigns time.
9
Have the Secretariat take shape
From June 2015.
10
Start serious work on manifesto
From July 2015.
11
Work on campaign posters and other logistics for Nomination purposes and campaigns.
These to include: Vehicles (more so a vehicle with public address system that will manage Uganda terrain), capacity to record videos for public consumption and converting them to local languages, making of posters (small and big), to mention some.
From August 2015

NB There is a problem with funds transfer as I cannot guarantee that such funds are not intercepted.  However, funds could be sent through an Embassy/High Commission, credible organizations operating in Uganda and or a trustable person.

ALL WHO ARE LOOKING FOR POSITIVE CHANGE AT STATE HOUSE IN UGANDA SHOULD SUPPORT ME RAISE SHS 60BN (US $ 24,000,000) NEEDED FOR THE PROJECT.
I Kiwanuka Kituuka wish to declare that I am set with the strategies that will see me into State House if helped to raise shs 60bn or (US $ 24,000,000) required for the project. I am appealing to all who want to see positive change in the tenure at State House in Uganda to drive the country to the destiny that the real Patriotic Ugandans have dreamt about for long to positively support my bid by making some sacrifice, because at the end of the day, all are winners, yet if I fail, chances are that the country remains with the current status quo are very great. The appeal goes thus: Support Kiwanuka Kituuka raise shs 60bn or its equivalent in whatever currency, then nominate him for President at the right time, there after vote for him more than 50% of the vote, and then we shall celebrate victory that will be a historic land mark in Uganda, where some people guided by the devil spirit keep on making strategies that keep them to the national cake which unfortunately they are sharing just a few as the majority yawn and long for a better tomorrow, which if not strategically organized may never come in their life time.
I want to prove to the people of Uganda that I have been to school, I have the brains, I am creative and innovative, I can be trusted, that I am not corrupt and that I am patriotic. I was never taught to be militant at St. Mary’s College Kisubi, so that is not part of my vocabulary, and I pray that we change the militant outlook of things in our Pearl of Africa, as we start on the journey to the Promised Land. I therefore long for peaceful settlement of conflict, and do have respect for decisions reached through consensus, and not my own dictation as the leaders we have today. So, help me God.
My strategies are not public consumption. I am in to show the NRM that though they have been in power for 30 years, they simply cannot manage a SMACK brain. I am smart, very innovative and it is only funds that will limit me, the sky is the limit, and surely Museveni will go into retirement in May 2016 if the people of Uganda listen to my counsel. We have leaders who have failed before, and their strategies are known. I assure you that at each stage, if I get the money, the NRM will follow, I will lead, and I am not joking about this. The majority of Ugandans are simply fed up of Museveni, but he uses tactics to confuse those who were born to be confused and those who are naturally corrupt. I am saying NO, this has to stop in May 2016. The people of Uganda are free to field people who have failed 2 or three times, and give Museveni new life in office because of their being selfish. I have everything ready on the Internet to show that I am smart and surely, a Ntale man CANNOT manage a man who spent 6 years under Brother Kyemwa, if the people of Uganda and the International community back my bid financially, and if the Members Parliament don’t endorse the machinery for cheating through electronic voting. We should vote as has been in the past, have the votes clearly counted and the numbers declared, then the transmission of results can be by any other method.
Seriously contesting for President is expensive. Assuming that there are 21,000 Polling Stations countrywide, and at each station a candidate has 2 representatives, if each is given shs 50,000 to cover his expenses for that day, this comes to shs 2.1bn. Assuming you are to distribute 50 posters per village; According to President Museveni while on Capital FM, he said there are 37,000 villages in Uganda. You may not spend less than shs 3.7bn on that. The 60bn is no big a figure given the number of people who want Museveni to retire, please give a hand and we together see him to Rwakitura.
God bless you in your decisions.

The Governor,
Bank of Uganda,
P. O. Box 7120,
Kampala.

Dear Prof. Emmanuel Tumusiime Mutebile,

RE: AN OPEN LETTER REGARDING FUNDRAISING OF US $ 24,000,000 or        SHS 60BN FOR MY PRESIDENTIAL CAMPAIGN

The 2016 Presidential Elections are about 12 months from the date of this communication.    I happen to be one of the Prospect Presidential Candidates for the race.  However, you are aware that running for the Presidency is no joking matter.  It requires billions.  I have come up with a budget for my campaign marketing strategy of Ushs 60 bn as a candidate for a Government of National Unity.  To raise the required funds, I have sent out an appeal to the people of Uganda and the international community.  Many people out there are sympathetic to the situation Ugandans are going through, and these can readily support a candidate with a proposal to turn around the country for the better.
You are aware of the billions of shillings President Museveni invests in his campaigns, for example, the T-shirts and posters come up to astronomical amounts in shillings.  Please, give me the opportunity to receive this money if it is sent, because there is a possibility that it could be sent and diverted to other businesses without my knowledge.  I am ready to discuss expenditure plans with the Bank to ensure that the funds are not put to areas that may endanger national security.

I am a representative of forces for peaceful change of leadership in Uganda which is now.  I also believe that you would love to be in a peaceful country, and one of the ways you may call for instability is being selective by blocking funds to support a campaign like this while President Museveni has access to the National Treasury and is able to dictate.

I hope we shall have no problem with the Bank in case any friends extend a hand of help to this cause.

Thank you.

Kiwanuka Kituuka
